Are you a student interested in sports management and looking to gain real, hands-on experience across multiple departments within a professional sports organization? Join the Jersey Shore BlueClaws during the 2026 season as part of our Sports Management Internship Program, with an emphasis on Sponsorship and Ticket Services.
This internship is designed to provide broad exposure to the business and game-day operations of a Minor League Baseball team, helping interns explore multiple career paths while gaining practical, resume-building experience. Interns will rotate through various departments while spending significant time with our Ticket Operations and Sponsorship Services teams.
This is a for-credit internship and must be taken for academic credit through an accredited college or university.

Essential Qualifications
- Highly motivated student with a strong desire to learn and gain professional experience
- Must meet weekly hour requirements set by their educational institution
- Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
- This is a for-credit, unpaid internship
Educational & Professional Experience
- Gain hands-on exposure to ticketing and sponsorship operations, including sales support, fulfillment, and service execution
- Assist with sponsorship activation and the Proof of Performance process
- Participate in database research and data-driven initiatives focused on group sales and key business verticals
- Shadow staff members across various departments
- Attend and observe sales planning, strategy meetings, and group-centric theme night development
- Support the execution of the promotional calendar and understand its role in driving ticket and sponsorship revenue
- Rotate through multiple departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of a professional baseball organization
- Assist and shadow various departments on game days to experience live event operations
