their 20th Anniversary Season this summer.

We are hiring dependable, outgoing and energetic individuals that are looking for a part-time, event based job full of excitement and fan interaction. The Game Day Staff members of the Jersey Shore BlueClaws play a key role in creating the best experience for our guests from the moment they enter the stadium until the moment they leave. We host a wide variety of events, including: professional baseball, collegiate sporting events, concerts, festivals, and so much more!

General job functions:

Provide world class customer service to enhance the guest experience
Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
Understand and enforce all FirstEnergy Park policies and procedures
Assume ownership in resolving guest challenges within the stadium (challenges may include, duplicate ticket issues, guest acting inappropriately or suspiciously, guests cursing, fighting, or trying to bring prohibited items into the arena.)
Exhibit a fun, friendly fan service-oriented attitude and professional appearance at all times
Provide guests with accurate directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas, concession stands, and restrooms

Requirements:

Pass a background check (18 years and older)
16 years of age or older
Be neat and presentable at all times
Be able to stand for long periods of times
Available to work nights and weekends
