Job Description: 

·       Help operations team with preparation and tear down of games including spraying down concourse, checking supplies, setting up stanchions, signs, etc.

·       Provide excellent customer service at the front gate, greeting fans as they arrive and helping pass out promotional materials (scorecards, giveaways) and continue to interact and greet fans throughout the night once in stadium

·       Assist where needed, hopping in to help clear a line, working in the pressbox or on promotional team, 

·       Answer phone calls and sell tickets at the ticket office

·       Participate in community events promoting the Crawdads brand as mascot or staff handler

·       Boost grassroots marketing efforts with community deliveries of materials such as pocket schedules 

Qualifications: 

·       Strong communication skills and customer service.

·       Must be well organized and flexible to meet time, priority and workload demands.

·       Must be able to lift, pull push and/or carry 30 pounds as necessary. 

·       Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 6-8 hours. 

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment

·       Team player
