Ticket Operations: Box Office Management
The GreenJackets are looking to hire an intern for the 2022 Season in Ticket Operations and Box Office. This is an awesome opportunity for a December 2021 graduate, or a May 2021 graduate to get the experience you need, along with training to learn hands on ticket operations skills in the sports business.

The GreenJackets will pay 100% for your housing in this role, we have special intern housing for you and other interns, and we cover all your expenses. Further, we provide you with a monthly stipend of $600 for your other expenses.

Duties:
  • Work closely with our Box Office Manager and Sales Management on the fulfillment of ticket operations items.
  • Help to hire and train staff for the Box Office that work at selling windows during the season.
  • Handle all the details of Box Office administration.
  • Work closely with accounting management on financial reports and projects.
  • Follow up with customer requests and make outbound calls to single game buyers to turn over sales leads to the ticket sales department.

To be considered for the position:
  • You must be able to start full-time on site in the role as of March 2022.
  • You must be a recent college grad, or need this internship to graduate (either, or).
  • You must actually want to work in Ticket Operations for a team, and have a passion for it.
  • You must have strong attention to detail and ticketing system experience is a plus.
  • You must have excellent computer skills, which includes Excel.
  • Candidates will not be considered unless they can answer all the answers to the questions in this application with proper answers.
