Position Type: Seasonal (June - September) 

This role is designed to assist the Merchandise Manager in day to day department operations, both in Stadium and with regards to online operations.

The Merchandising Coordinator will work with the Merchandise Manager to:

  • Determine product designs and offerings with an focus on budget and expected revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain look and presentation of in Stadium retail outlet.
  • Maintain inventory management and organization both in house and on line
  • Continue development and maintenance of on line web store
  • Fulfill retail and online orders
  • Conduct daily store operations, including financial reconciliations and reporting, staffing, and customer service
  • Explore new growth and marketing opportunities with the goal of  increasing revenue
  • Additional applicable duties as assigned by Merchandise Manager

Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Previous merchandising experience is preferred.
  • Ability to assist with doing physical aspects of the job including pulling tarp as needed before, during and after games. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with co-workers, staff and customers.
