Position Type: Seasonal (May - September 2026)

Position Overview:   
The Aberdeen IronBirds are seeking an experienced baseball scorer for amateur and professional baseball games played at Ripken Stadium for the 2026 season.

Qualifications
  • Ability to adapt and keep pace with an active and robust control room environment
  • 5+ years of comprehensive experience scoring baseball / softball games at a high level (professional / college) preferred
  • Knowledge of baseball rules is paramount
  • Gameplay acumen and experience to make judgement calls to keep the game accurate and moving forward
  • Organized, professional and punctual
  • Available for up to 25+ games for the season
  • Availability to score for outside baseball / softball events / tournaments if needed
 

Preferred Skills
  • Multiple seasons managing or coaching experience (minimum competitive high school conference play) a plus
  • Experience stadium gameday equipment including but not limited to; Daktronics scoreboard, DakStats, pitch clock a plus
 


Additional Information
