Position Type: Seasonal (May - September 2026)
Position Overview:
The Aberdeen IronBirds are seeking an experienced baseball scorer for amateur and professional baseball games played at Ripken Stadium for the 2026 season.
Qualifications
- Ability to adapt and keep pace with an active and robust control room environment
- 5+ years of comprehensive experience scoring baseball / softball games at a high level (professional / college) preferred
- Knowledge of baseball rules is paramount
- Gameplay acumen and experience to make judgement calls to keep the game accurate and moving forward
- Organized, professional and punctual
- Available for up to 25+ games for the season
- Availability to score for outside baseball / softball events / tournaments if needed
Preferred Skills
- Multiple seasons managing or coaching experience (minimum competitive high school conference play) a plus
- Experience stadium gameday equipment including but not limited to; Daktronics scoreboard, DakStats, pitch clock a plus
Additional Information
