Facility Operations/Event Staff: Grounds Crew/Turf Management
The Modesto Nuts are currently seeking seasonal grounds crew members for the 2021 season. This position will report directly to the Head Groundskeeper and will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the playing surface at John Thurman Field to the level of a professional playing field in accordance with the Major League Baseball standards and regulations
- Mowing, edging, and warning track maintenance
- Mound and home plate repairs
- Pre and post-game field maintenance
- Applicant must be able to work flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends
