- PHASE 1: INTROS
- August 24 to September 18, 2026
- We’ll connect on why you’re interested in interning with the Bananas and which roles you’d like to learn more about.
- PHASE 2: CULTURE
- September 22 to October 16, 2026
- We’ll dive deeper into the Fans First Way (our core values) to see how you might add to our culture.
- PHASE 3: SKILLS
- October 20 to November 13, 2026
- We’ll walk you through the specific skills needed for the internship you’re best fit for and explore your aptitude for the role.
- January 12 is the earliest start date for this internship!
- We will finalize and communicate the official start date during phase 3 of the interview process!

If you're familiar with The Savannah Bananas, it will come as no surprise to you that we believe it's imperative for all candidates looking to join the Fans First team to start to get familiar with the Fans First Way from their very first steps in the application process. Our Culture is all over who we are and what we do: Fans First. Fans First means in everything we do, whether it's selling Dippin' Dots to a little banana or making huge business decisions, we are putting our Fans First! The Fans First Way is to Always Be Caring, Different, Enthusiastic, Fun, Growing, & Hungry. These are our core values and we look to bring on people who naturally align with these values. Please write a few sentences on each quality about what it means to you, examples of how you've shown it, examples on how you're weak in an area but are aware and wanting to get better, etc. This is a short, no-sweat essay to get you thinking about how you and the Fans First Way intersect, so don't get hung up on the formatting or length here. Please submit a 2-minute video introducing yourself and answering the following questions: 1) What excites you most about potentially joining our team? 2) What's one thing you'd like to learn during an internship with the Bananas? 3) What does a typical day-off for you look like?
