Dates: March 3 – March 29 (All Padres 2016 Spring Home Games)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for preparing daily materials pre-game for pressbox, including:
- Statistical packets
- Compiling daily press clips
- Producing daily Lineup sheets
- Home and visiting game notes
Coordinate all press box operations, including:
- Working with home and visiting broadcasters, preparing booth and assisting with all requests.
- Working with home and visiting media, assisting with all requests.
- Working with visiting media relations staff, assisting with all requests.
Assist with Fox Sports San Diego on all day-game needs for televised games
Assist with Padres entertainment/production team on daily interview and b-roll footage for daily news station feeds
Assist with daily media credential assignments and distribution
Assist with all other media relations game-day responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work all Padres Spring home games (exceptions reasonable)
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Adobe InDesign a plus.
Professional image and demeanor
Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Minimum physical requirements: able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
Excellent written and verbal skills. Proven ability to correctly use punctuation and grammar
General knowledge of office skills a plus, use of office equipment (copier, laser printers, fax machine, telephones, computers)
