Job Summary
As a Ticket Office Agent, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our fans, setting the tone for a positive and memorable game-day experience. In this role, you will process ticket sales and transactions while providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to guests visiting the ticket office. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, Ticket Office Agents assist with ticket purchases, exchanges, mobile ticketing troubleshooting, and guest inquiries regarding upcoming events. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and guest satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet, smile, and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with ticket sales, exchanges, and issue resolution.
- Operate and navigate computerized ticketing systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist guests with diagnosing and resolving mobile ticketing issues.
- Respond to guest questions regarding upcoming ticketed events and stadium information.
- Follow company cash handling policies and procedures with accuracy and integrity.
- Complete paperwork and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory controls, and cash management procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support Ticket Operations and overall guest experience.

- Ability to work in a busy, guest-facing environment.
Compensation
This is a part-time, non-exempt position with a base pay rate of $16.90 per hour.
