The Sacramento River Cats are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partnership Activation Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of best-in-class corporate partnership experiences at Sutter Health Park.

This role is responsible for bringing sponsorship agreements to life by ensuring all contractual elements are executed with precision, creativity, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position collaborates cross-functionally to deliver innovative activations, exceed partner expectations, and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Partnerships department.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the activation of all contractual partnership elements including, but not limited to in-game promotions, sponsor signage, radio inventory, print ads, hospitality, VIP tours, first pitches, giveaways, non-baseball events, and other obligations 
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through consistent communication and high‑quality support across both game days and non‑game‑days
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Partnership team, including inventory manager and database upkeep
  • Manage and track account and event budgets; assist with purchase orders, and invoice processing as directed
  • Support on‑site activations, including partner hospitality, meetings, contracted appearances, promotional events, and community initiatives
  • Understand partner brand KPIs and objectives to support execution and help identify opportunities to enhance partnership value
  • All other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and insurance 
  • Four-year related degree preferred
  • Previous client service or account management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional, personable, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and/or Photoshop) preferred

 

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.   
  • Must be able to travel locally. 

 

Compensation

This position is a full-time, non-exempt role with an expected hourly pay of $18.00. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
