Job Summary:

As the first and last impression at Sutter Health Park, our Parking Attendants are an integral part of creating an exceptional guest experience. Your observation and communication skills will help to ensure our guests are arriving and departing the ballpark as safely as possible. You and your teammates will deliver on our mission to always put the guest first and to be the nation’s leading minor league sports organization, providing a clean, safe, fun, and family-friendly venue that allows fans and players alike to enjoy America’s favorite pastime!

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a smile, processing their parking purchase and accurately using our point-of-sale terminals to process cashless transactions.
  • Direct vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists on where to park/walk and provide direction out of the lots at the end of events.
  • Answer questions related to parking, directions, stadium entry policies, and other common questions.
  • Set out and remove cones to assist with directing traffic in the parking lots before and after events.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide direction and enforce safety rules in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate positively and clearly with guests and coworkers.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mostly evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education and Experience:

  • On-the-job training provided.

Physical Requirements:

  • Typical shift lengths are between 6-8 hours with prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, and stooping.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time with or without accommodation.
  • Must be able to work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions.

Compensation: $16.00/hour
