Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will be the lead on our data-driven email marketing strategy, SMS marketing, and lead generating campaigns. This role is responsible for delivering key information, marketing messaging, and ticket offers to targeted audiences while monitoring campaign performance to measure progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute email marketing strategy by crafting, proofing, and sending segmented messages to our database.
- Oversee day-to-day email operations to ensure emails are completed and deployed on schedule.
- Ensure the timely marketing of promotional sales, merchandise offers, theme nights, giveaways, and team updates.
- Oversight of the Stellaralgo report dashboard to monitor campaign performance. Maintain reports to evaluate performance of all email campaigns while always creatively looking to grow the email database.
- Assist in identifying new audiences to target for various marketing campaigns.
- Lead on all Fan Compass lead generation campaigns.
- Draft and send Know Before You Go email and text communications.
- Lead in developing our marketing efforts through strategically targeted text message campaigns.
- Collaborate cross departmentally to ensure that proper messaging is being delivered. Works closely with merchandise, partnership, and the events team to accomplish this.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred - Communications, Marketing, Public Relations preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a similar marketing role.
- Experience maintaining or assisting with the maintenance of an organization’s email marketing database is strongly preferred.
- Creative, analytical, and solution-minded individual.
- Excellent copy writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong visual eye with regard to visual layout and selection of supporting graphics/images.
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work in pressure situations.
- Willing to work long and unusual hours, including and especially evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must have good communication and excellent writing skills.
- Must work well in a team environment.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
Compensation
This position is a full-time role with an expected annual base pay of $18.00/hr. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
