Are you ready to experience firsthand how a professional sports organization’s front office operates? This internship offers an inside look at the daily operations of REX Baseball, a summer wood-bat collegiate team providing you with the opportunity to:
- Assist with day-to-day front office operations.
- Interact with sponsors and season ticket holders.
- Provide customer service support over the phone and in person.
- Work directly under part-owner and General Manager, Bruce Rosselli
This internship runs October 2024 – May 2025 and is an unpaid, entry-level, on-site position.

Qualifications
- Equipped with reliable transportation.
- A customer service ambassador with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new skills.
- A collaborative team player who can adapt and take on new challenges
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Assist REX fans visiting the front office.
- Organize and compile tasks from various departments.
- Complete administrative tasks to support the GM and Assistant GM.
- Monitor office communication channels, ensure messages are shared appropriately, and track related activities.
