The Prospect League, a premier wood bat summer college baseball league, seeks a 2026 Special Projects and Administrative Intern for approximately 12 weeks from mid-May to mid-August (start dates contingent on availability).

This quality educational and professional experience provides diverse sports management opportunities that will help the successful candidate in the pursuit of a sports business career. The position is part-time (up to 15-20 hours per week). The League staff will work with the successful candidate to structure scheduled hours. A stipend will be paid upon completion, and college course credit may also be arranged.

Under the direction of the League Commissioner, Director of Technology and Operations, and Manager of Digital and Strategic Content, the intern’s duties will include involvement in, but not limited to:

  • Act as liaison between the league office, sponsorship partners, and member clubs in meticulously planning, coordinating, and tracking execution of sponsorship fulfillment across league assets (social media, website, streaming network, etc.)
  • Aid in organizing, planning, and executing league initiatives (All-Star Game, Championship, etc.)
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, team compliance with rules and regulations
  • Researching, reporting, and maintaining information valuable to the League’s day-to-day operations 

The intern will work remotely with no required travel. Preference may be given to candidates who reside within the League’s geographical footprint.
