CarShield Field has served as the host site for the O'Fallon Hoots, a member of the Prospect League, a six-team in-house collegiate league, the Play9 Collegiate League, and special events like Professional Softball League and Tacos and Tequila Festival. We are looking for the next superstars for our Fall 2026 internship class.

Here's a snippet of what you'll be doing / learning:
- Working special events
- Assisting the Assistant General Manager and Director of Food and Beverage in keeping the ballpark in top shape
- Creating and maintaining a clean, safe and fun ballpark for all fans
- Assisting in inventory controls and purchasing supplies for stadium
- Pursuing and coordinating all aspects of ballpark rentals including, but not limited to college baseball games, high school baseball games, and soccer practices
- Assisting the AGM in preventative maintenance
- Provide customer service that is "For the Fan" at all times
This is an unpaid internship
Start Date: Monday, August 24th, 2026.
