SUMMARY
The Normal CornBelters Game Day Promotional Team is responsible for the execution of game night activities both on and off the field for the Corn Crib. The CornBelters promotional team represents the CornBelters brand as well as our valued partners by interacting directly with fans throughout each CornBelters and KCL home game night. We are looking for enthusiastic power team members to perform in front of large crowds at home games. A power team member brings energy and enthusiasm to the fan experience. We are looking for someone who will be a strong performer, highly charismatic, and a team player!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing, planning, scripting, and executing all in-game entertainment and team sponsorship requirements
- Writing nightly game scripts for the PA Announcer, and the front office staff
- Work alongside our marketing department / Director of Marketing on mascot handling and community appearances
- Lead the creation of new and entertaining content for all in-park promotions/entertainment and not just between innings or on field
- Advance the in game fan experience of the CornBelters organization
- Be creative and apply ideas to help further fan engagement and reach to target audiences

- Very upbeat, fun personality
- Must be available for all CORNBELTERS/ KCL home games and have ability to work extended hours including weeknights and weekends
- Can succeed in a team environment
- Able to multi-task and effectively problem solve
- Comfortable interacting in front of large crowds
COMPENSATION
- This is an unpaid position. Internship are eligible for college credit opportunities.
