About the Role
The Thrillville Thrillbillies are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to help supervise the Thrill-Zone, one of the most popular family areas at Mtn Dew Park.
Thrill-Zone Inflatables Attendants help ensure that young fans enjoy a safe and fun experience while using the inflatable attractions during games and special events. This role requires strong attention to safety, the ability to supervise multiple participants at once, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

This position reports to the Director of Entertainment & Promotions and supports game-day operations as well as select special events throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inflatable attractions to ensure safe and appropriate use by all participants.
- Enforce safety rules and age guidelines for children using the inflatables.
- Monitor participant flow to prevent overcrowding and maintain an organized activity area.
- Assist children entering and exiting inflatable attractions safely.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding safety rules and supervision expectations.
- Conduct basic visual inspections of inflatable equipment before and during use to identify potential safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment around the Thrill-Zone activity area.
- Provide friendly customer service and contribute to a positive fan experience during games and events.
- Report any incidents, injuries, or equipment concerns to supervisors immediately.

- Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for working with families and children.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple participants and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong situational awareness and attention to surroundings.
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts and responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position primarily operates outdoors at Mtn Dew Park, a high-energy sports and entertainment venue. Employees should be comfortable working in busy environments with large crowds and varying weather conditions during games and events.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, squat, and move frequently while assisting participants.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to remain alert and active throughout the duration of events.
Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Employees must be available to work flexible schedules including:
- Weekday and weekend Thrillbillies home games
- Evenings and select holidays when events are scheduled
- Occasional community or promotional events
Staff may be required to arrive up to two hours prior to game time for setup and preparation.
