Step into the world of creativity as a Graphic Design & Production Intern with the Thrillville Thrillbillies! This isn’t your average internship, it’s a front-row seat to the most exciting show in Southern Illinois, where your designs help bring the thrill of the game to life.
From crafting electric social media graphics, videoboard graphics, and hype-reel assets to designing stadium visuals that make fans jump out of their seats, your work will define the look and feel of the Thrillbillies brand. You’ll collaborate directly with our Director of Production and play a key role in creating the energy that fans see, hear, and feel every game night.

What You’ll Do
- Create bold and engaging graphics for players, promotions, and events.
- Assist in producing pregame, in-game, & postgame highlight posts/videos for social media outlets.
- Bring life to the ballpark through creative visuals on the videoboard and in-game entertainment.
- Design flyers, digital ads, and marketing materials that pop.
- Work hands-on with video equipment, cameras, and production tech (setup to teardown).
- Help troubleshoot and maintain production gear.
- Jump in to help other departments when needed, we’re all one big team in Thrillville.
What You’ll Need
- A creative mindset and the ability to think fast on your feet.
- Experience (or a strong interest) in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects (Motion Graphics), Canva, or similar design tools.
- A sample portfolio is always a plus!
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to have fun while working hard.
The Details
- Stipend: $750/month
- Schedule: Expect long hours, big moments, and unforgettable experiences. Attendance is required at all home games and major events at Mtn Dew Park.
- Days Off: Built into the schedule to keep you fresh and creative.
