Step behind the lens and into the action as a Part-Time Production Intern with the Thrillville Thrillbillies. This is your chance to be part of the live show that keeps fans on their feet and viewers glued to their screens. From capturing the perfect double play to producing crowd-pumping videoboard moments, you’ll help bring every game to life, both in the stands and on the broadcast.
You’ll work directly with our Director of Production and game-day media crew to operate cameras, assist in technical direction, and manage live feeds for our HomeTeam Live Broadcast. It’s fast-paced, high-energy, and hands-on, perfect for anyone looking to break into sports broadcasting or event production.

What You’ll Do
- Operate cameras for HomeTeam Live broadcasts and in-game videoboard entertainment.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down camera and production equipment before and after each home game.
- Support the production team in technical directing, replay operations (3Play), and other live control room functions.
- Collaborate with the Promotions and Entertainment departments to capture creative on-field content.
- Maintain and care for production equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly from first pitch to final out.
- Work as part of a tight-knit team to deliver a professional, exciting, and high-quality fan experience.
What You’ll Need
- Interest or experience in broadcasting, production, film, or sports media.
- Ability to stand for long periods and comfortably handle camera and technical gear.
- Team-first attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and focus under pressure, live sports don’t get a second take!
- A passion for storytelling through video and a drive to help create unforgettable moments.
The Details
- Internship Pay: $TBD per game
- Schedule: Game-day position (nights, weekends, and special events as assigned).
- Location: Mtn Dew Park — Marion, Illinois
