As a Clubhouse & Player Development Intern with the Thrillville Thrillbillies, you’ll be at the center of the action, helping our players, coaches, and staff prepare for every game, every day. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends the art of clubhouse management with the science of player development. From maintaining a professional environment for athletes to assisting with data, scouting reports, and practice logistics, you’ll help create the foundation for success both on and off the field.

  • Manage and maintain player uniforms, gear, and equipment — ensuring everything is clean, organized, and game-ready.
  • Prepare the locker rooms, dugouts, and bullpens before each game and ensure they’re spotless afterward.
  • Coordinate with coaches on player check-ins, autograph sessions, and clubhouse logistics.
  • Oversee the bat/ball boy & girl schedule and help with player support during batting practice.
  • Assist in the distribution of daily scouting and player development reports for coaches and front office staff.
  • Work alongside the operations and production teams on game days and special events.

What You’ll Need
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of baseball operations; playing experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. (Road-trips with the team are preferred, but optional)
  • Dependable, team-first mindset with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Must be comfortable working in both leadership and support roles as part of a tight-knit clubhouse staff.
