Seasonal Food and Beverage Manager

Position Overview
The Jackson Rockabillys are seeking an experienced and motivated Seasonal Food and Beverage Manager to lead food and beverage operations at Rockabillys Stadium during the baseball season. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun ballpark environment while overseeing concessions, catering, and special events. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, food quality, and exceptional guest experiences.  The Rockabillys host a 30 game season from the end of May until the end of July with additional events and dates prior to the start and the end of the season.  Flexibiity of off days when there no events at the stadium.  Compensation and Housing Accomodations will be based on experience and needs with a salary range of $1500.00 to $2500.00 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations, including game-day service and catered events

  • Oversee all food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure high quality and consistency

  • Develop and maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

Staff Leadership & Scheduling

  • Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen, concessions, and serving staff

  • Lead and motivate staff to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional workplace culture

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure ingredients and supplies are fresh and readily available

  • Minimize waste and control food and labor costs to meet financial goals

  • Work closely with management to maintain budgets and cost controls

Catering & Event Management

  • Coordinate and execute catering services for events ranging from small gatherings to large groups

  • Oversee food and beverage service for group outings, corporate events, and special promotions

  • Ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction for all events

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, food safety standards, and stadium policies

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all kitchen, storage, and service areas
  • End of Season Deep Clean of Food and Beverage kitchen and equipment

Qualifications

  • Previous food and beverage management or supervisory experience required

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and game days as required

  • Experience in high-volume or event-based food service preferred
