ON-FIELD MASTER OF CEREMOINES/PROMOTIONS
- Makes the game experience better for every fan
- Greets and hosts pre-game on-field guests
- Ensures all props and equipment required for on-field contests are available and in good working order
- Makes purchases of items required for events with approval of General Manager
- Draws names for and locates participants for on-field contests 
- Coordinates with the press box to ensure the proper timing of all in-game events
- Finds opportunity to positively interact with fans in the course of the game
- Cooperates with other marketing staff members to reach mutual gameday goals
- Develops new on-field, sponsored contests
- Aide with some pre- and post-game stadium preparation

JOB DESCRIPTION 
The on-field personality is the gameday face of the Bees.  They will enthusiastically and professionally conduct all on-field events prior to and during gamedays.  This important part of our team will utilize a friendly outgoing personality, courtesy and personal presentation to help our fans have the best experience possible, while reaching the goals of our sponsors.

START DATE 
Start in mid-May and end the first week of August  (start and finish dates are flexible). 

HOURS 
Full time. Non-game day during season 9-5, game days 9 AM through end of game. Expect to work weekends and special events. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 
Your housing and all utilities are paid for. Housing is provided in Southeastern Community College’s Millennial Hall resident apartments.  The apartment includes pass key security, full size kitchen, internet connection and cable readiness.  These are two bedroom, four bed units. The team provides a free meal each home game. 
There is a $150 per month stipend.

QUALIFICATIONS
Confident, outgoing personality. We’re looking for a talented, self-motivated individual, who wants bring energy and imagination to our on-field promotions while learning the ins and outs of presenting a high-level collegiate summer baseball product.  We value open-minded, conscientious team players possessing a positive attitude and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Must be willing to work long hours and weekends. If you feel you belong in this category, we look forward to talking with you.
