Each season, the River Dragons Internship Program allows individuals to become an integral part of the organization's day-to-day operations. Throughout the summer, interns will be given the opportunity to learn in numerous areas. These areas include but are not limited to ticket and merchandise sales, customer service, hospitality, community relations, promotions, baseball analytics, equipment, and stadium operations. 

Though each internship is given primary responsibilities, individuals will develop skills in several areas for the season. Interns must be current students (undergraduate or graduate) and be available for all River Dragons home games.

You must be at the ballpark in Alton for all 30 home games (and playoffs if necessary) during the 2024 season.
