This position will instruct youth athletes with emphasis in strength and conditioning and injury prevention methods for the purpose of improving sports performance in the weight room and their respective sports fields. Instruction will be conducted in small and medium size group and individual settings.
Opportunities for program design for instructional levels and/or online clientele is available.
Applicant must be dependable, highly energetic, and knowledgeable in the area of sports
training for the physical and psychological needs of athletes under their care.
Strong communication skills are required for interaction with athletes, parents, coaches, and
staff.
This position reports to the Director of Athlete Development and is expected to interact heavily
with skill coaches. This is a seasonal role with some flexibility with days and times, depending on the applicant's availability. Growth opportunities past the seasonal role potentially exist for program development, member management, expanded training hours, and team interaction. The position starts is a part-time role with hours potentially available five days per week.
