Prep Baseball Kansas City is looking for seasonal part-time help. Someone able to complete set tasks without requiring supervision in a fast paced work environment. A hard worker who's willing to get their hands dirty in the name of maintaining a clean and safe environment for youth sports.
Responsibilities -
- The cleanliness and general hygiene of the park
- Maintaining clean and safe playing surface for players
- A basic knowledge of the structure and operation of the park and its systems
- Basic customer service and assisting patrons
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required abilities -
- Flexible schedule and availability
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
- Drivers license required
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Willingness to learn
Shift Hours - Availability throughout the week and weekend
Weekdays-
- 7:00am - 3:30pm
- In event morning shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, evening shift: 3:30 - 11:00pm or later - dependent on game times and weather delays
Day to Day:
- Communicate with Operations/Tournament Directors
- Maintain a safe playing surface which includes mound, plate, and infield skin
- Upkeep the cleanliness of facilities and park
- Maintain common grounds area including landscape care
- Staff will get the opportunity to learn mowing, grooming, edging, painting, etc.
