LakePoint is seeking a dynamic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor who is passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer service. This role is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer service. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a vital role in developing team members, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the continued growth of LakePoint's Food & Beverage operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate Food & Beverage Team Members to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Serve as the primary leader on shift, providing direction, support, and timely resolution to operational and guest concerns.
- Supervise kitchen, concessions, and food service operations to ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and health regulations.
- Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served in accordance with company standards and applicable health department guidelines.
- Promote a culture of food safety by conducting routine inspections and reinforcing proper food handling procedures.
- Lead onboarding, orientation, training, coaching, and ongoing development of Food & Beverage Team Members.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Model and reinforce outstanding customer service by coaching team members to exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure guest orders are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining speed of service standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion consistency throughout each shift.
- Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily operations, incidents, accidents, equipment concerns, and safety issues.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with implementing operational initiatives, team engagement programs, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Professionally respond to emergency situations while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- Work alongside the company's mission, vision, purpose statement, and CHAMPIONS values while fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service, hospitality, restaurants, concessions, or a related environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and health code compliance.
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
- Must possess a valid Georgia Driver's License
Work Environment:
Work areas may be indoors or outdoors, and weather conditions may have an impact on daily operations. This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment. Team Members may be required to operate food service equipment and assist with inventory movement throughout the facility. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Regular attendance is a necessary job function required for this position. Scheduled working hours vary depending on the season, program or event. Early mornings, late evenings, holidays, or weekends are times of need for this position. Hours per week may vary, most work weeks are less than 30 hours.
