Are you a baseball enthusiast who wants to spend your summer at the ballpark? We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our field maintenance team for the peak tournament season. If you have a passion for the game and take pride in a perfectly prepped diamond, we want to hear from you.

- Summer Hours: Please note that hours are subject to change due to weather delays. This position is for June and July only.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of the crew, you will be responsible for the professional upkeep of our playing surfaces. Your daily tasks will include:
- Field Prep: Setting bases, removing and replacing tarps, and raking home plate areas to keep them clean and level.
- Lining & Chalking: Using stencils and guidelines to paint crisp batters’ boxes and chalk straight baselines.
- Infield Care: Dragging the infield dirt (via tractor or hand drag) and raking corners between games and at the end of the day.
- Mound Maintenance: Ensuring there are no gaps around the rubber and applying thin layers of sand or clay to the landing strip.
- Facility Care: Watering dirt cutout areas, managing trash in dugouts, and ensuring the complex is secure and inventory is reported.
Please Note: This position is strictly focused on the specialized maintenance of the baseball playing surfaces. Responsibilities do not include mowing or general landscape landscaping.
Qualifications
- A genuine love for and understanding of baseball.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail to meet our high standards of quality.
- Reliability and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as tournament schedules require.
Compensation
$15 per hour 10-35 hours per week
