Job Summary
The Pittsburgh Pirates & Bradenton Marauders are seeking the following game day staff positions to support ballpark operations for all Bradenton Marauders games at LECOM Park.
Responsibilities:
Ticket Taker:
  1. Collect/scan tickets from each guest who enters LECOM Park.
  2. Ensure ticket accuracy and integrity.
  3. Direct guests to various locations throughout LECOM Park.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the ballpark.
  5. Monitor assigned area for any hazards/guest incidents.
  6. Advise guests on ballpark policies as needed.
Usher:
  1. Provide excellent customer service to all guests throughout the ballpark.
  2. Monitor assigned seating area for any safety hazards and/or seating irregularities-report issues to supervisor.
  3. Check tickets for valid date and seating location.
  4. Greet and assist guests to their assigned seats.
  5. Walk up and down aisles between innings when appropriate.
  6. Be on alert for foul ball/flying objects that may go in the seating area or on the playing field.
  7. Manage the flow of guests entering and exiting seating area during play and in between innings.
  8. Protect ticket integrity by monitoring fans who may move seats.
  9. Advise guests on ballpark policies as needed.
  10. Report guest incidents to supervisors and file appropriate incident reports upon request.
  11. Thoroughly search designated seating area for any items left behind by guests.
Qualifications
Required
  1. Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent
  3. Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays.
  4. Previous experience preferred but not required.
