Job Summary
The Pirates Creative Team is looking for a Coordinator, Multimedia Producer to join our team and help us build video and photography that helps drives our brand and business value forward.
The Coordinator, Multimedia Producer will be an integral part of the Creative Team of the Pirates. You’ll work alongside other producers, designers, social strategists, and directly with the Director of Storytelling and Content. This role will be integral to all day-to-day production and will focus specifically on editing content meant to support our Marketing efforts across paid social & broadcast.
Responsibilities
- Produce, script, and edit commercial spots for execution across social media and broadcast
- Maintain, log and archive content and various assets pertaining to graphics and media.
- Develop and conceptualize new ideas and concepts for Pittsburgh Pirates creative content.
- Collaborate with other creative team members to assist in fulfilling the department’s video and photographic needs.
- Be ready and available to assist, learn and develop in other areas of production and on the creative team.
- Always represent the Pittsburgh Pirates in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications
Required:
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
- Proficient in Adobe Cloud with working knowledge of a non-Linear Editing software.
- Hands on experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task while producing accurate, high-quality, work within specified deadlines.
- Self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to adapt to a team mentality.
- Experience working in baseball is a plus.
- The ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- A knowledge and understanding for the game of baseball.
- Strong creative ability, a passion for content creation, and an outgoing personality are encouraged.
- A desire to grow within professional sports creative.
- All applicants must submit a demo reel of your work or a portfolio with videos. Applicants without a reel will not be considered.
Desired:
- A basic understanding of 3D software such as Maxon Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Experience working in a live production environment is a plus.
