This position requires minimal supervision and many times working alone. Coordinate, supervise, and oversee all aspects of grounds management that are included in scope of work. Oversees and implements budget and procurement process within established guidelines. Provide professional consultation or undertake lead role in athletic field/ grounds renovation projects.
Essential Functions
- Prepare and maintain field quality for on-field activities scheduled throughout the year
- Address any on-field issues during games
- Assist in monitoring the bat kids
- Close out the field post game: tamp mound and home plate, cover mound and home plate, water infield
- Achieve both company and client's program integrity at high quality standards
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Have the ability to operate athletic field / grounds management related equipment
- Ability to work flexible and/or unscheduled hours
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Days and hours will vary to include evening and weekend work according to business needs.

The key physical requirements of this position includes the ability to walk and stand for an extended period of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
