Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Custodial Services team at Raimondi Park. As a Custodial Services Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all fans, staff, and players. Your responsibilities will include cleaning restrooms, seating areas, concourses, locker rooms, and other park facilities before, during, and after games and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and restock restrooms and locker rooms with supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas such as concourses, seating sections, concession stands, and entrances.
- Respond promptly to spills, trash overflows, or other sanitation issues during events.
- Set up and break down for events as needed (e.g., moving trash bins, restroom stations).
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and power washers.
- Report maintenance or repair issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and staff.
