The Missoula PaddleHeads are a professional baseball organization dedicated to delivering outstanding fan experiences while serving as the centerpiece for baseball and community engagement in Missoula. Operating out of Ogren Park at Allegiance Field, we are committed to doing things the right way, building meaningful relationships, and striving for excellence both on and off the field.

The Missoula PaddleHeads Internship Program offers hands-on, immersive experience within a professional sports organization. Interns are integrated into the daily operations of the front office and game-day environment, gaining practical exposure to the business of baseball while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

This program is designed for individuals eager to learn, contribute, and grow personally and professionally while preparing for future careers in sports, events, and venue management.

Interns are considered essential members of our team and are expected to take ownership of their work while supporting organizational goals. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, accountability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to the fan experience and community impact. The internship environment is fast-paced and demanding, offering a rewarding experience for those passionate about professional sports.
