 JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The Missoula PaddleHeads Professional Baseball Club is looking for a person who is interested in managing all of our food production at Ogren Park Allegiance Field during our event season. This position will report to and work directly with our Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure that our food operations meet the high standard that our fans and community desire for all PaddleHeads home games and non-baseball events. We are looking for people that share our passion for doing right, engaging meaningfully and expecting success. With a clear vision toward a bright future, we will work together to maximize the fan experience, create a deeper sense of community value and stand as the centerpiece for everything baseball for our good neighbors in Missoula. We are looking for a team member with a hunger to be in professional sports who wants to grow both personally and professionally while delivering a quality product to our fans.
 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
● Oversee the overall production of all food, including kitchen staffing, food preparation, waste management, food quality, food delivery and food safety. 
● Work with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure a diverse, good tasting and a profitable menu that meets and exceeds the needs of our customers and fans. 
● Food safety standards meet or exceed the standard required by our local health department. 
● Define Testing Standards and Strategies. Establish testing strategies to ensure the product being released is up to industry and company standards. 
● Monitor inventory, waste minimization, inventory, and risk management. 
● Assist F&B Operations Manager in the ordering of food products needed to ensure a high quality of food service and satisfaction. 
● Overseeing & Monitoring Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) practices in the back of the house. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 
● A passion to work hard, embrace success and be in Professional Baseball and event management. 
● Must be self-motivated and able to manage time well. 
● Ability to be creative and enhance our product. 
● Must have food service experience. 
● Must have experience in preparation of quality food. 
● Catering or some sort of event food service experience is preferred. 
● Training in proper safe food handling serving is required. Classes will be offered by the PaddleHeads, if otherwise qualified, to complete before the season begins. Must pass certification as a probationary requirement unless currently certified.
