Job Title: Data Tracking Operator
The Data Tracking Operator ensures accurate, real-time game data capture during all home games through the operation and maintenance of Trackman technology. This role supports Baseball Operations with system monitoring and actionable data insights for coaches and staff, and is a strong entry point for recent graduates or early-career professionals pursuing careers in baseball operations or analytics.

This role supports Baseball Operations with system monitoring and actionable data insights for coaches and staff, and is a strong entry point for recent graduates or early-career professionals pursuing careers in baseball operations or analytics.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate Trackman during all home games, ensuring accurate real-time data capture
- Set up, test, and calibrate equipment pregame; troubleshoot issues as needed
- Input and verify lineups, rosters, and pitch-by-pitch game data with precision
- Monitor system performance and communicate with Trackman support when necessary
- Generate and distribute post-game reports to coaching staff and club personnel
- Support Baseball Operations staff with additional analytics, scouting prep, and clubhouse operations duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of baseball rules, gameplay, and scoring
- High attention to detail with the ability to track live game action accurately
- Availability for all home games, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, live-game environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with operating baseball technology at the collegiate or professional level preferred
- Passion for baseball analytics and player development
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $16.90
- Location: Long Beach, CA
