The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will manage the daily marketing, promotional, and community relation activities of Enbär, Inc. and each of its restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment portfolios, including but not limited to Enbär Craft Cocktail Lounge, The Block Bar & Grill, Sidequest Arcade Bar, Big Dipper Ice Cream Great Falls, and the Great Falls Voyagers. We are looking for a creative thinker passionate about building brands, working in an exciting environment, and impacting the community!
- Collaborate with the marketing, sponsorship, and game entertainment teams to develop creative assets for print, digital, social media, and in-stadium use.
- Design graphics for promotional materials, social content, signage, ticketing, merchandise, and email campaigns.
- Assist in video production, including creation and editing highlight reels, hype videos, promotional spots, and sponsor content.
- Ensure timely delivery and scheduling of all creative materials.
- Help maintain brand standards and consistency across all platforms and media.
- Support the creation and execution of in-game entertainment graphics and print assets
- Archive and organize creative assets, photo/video files, and project documentation.
- Contribute ideas during creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Assist with sponsorship fulfillment.
- Work other Voyagers Stadium events and events at the downtown properties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- This position reports to the AGM, but will work closely with other departments.

Compensation Package
- $1,000 per month
- Free housing at the Ursuline Centre in Great Falls, MT
- Provided with one meal post-game or event
