Sales Coordinator – Great Falls Voyagers

Position Type: Seasonal
Compensation: $1,000 per month + free housing provided
Reports To: Assistant General Manager

Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the team’s revenue-generating initiatives, focusing on group ticket sales, hospitality packages, catering coordination, and sponsorship fulfillment. This position is ideal for an energetic, organized, and outgoing individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sports sales and event management within a professional baseball environment. This position will start in early February 2026 and run through the projected end date in mid-September 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of group outings, with focus on our premium areas - including corporate events, community nights, school groups, and other themed events.
  • Coordinate with the catering and concessions team to ensure all hospitality events are properly planned, staffed, and executed.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, database management, and outreach to prospective partners and sponsors.
  • Assist in the creation and fulfillment of sponsorship agreements, including signage, promotions, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients, sponsors, and guests before, during, and after events.
  • Represent the team at community events, networking functions, and promotional appearances.
  • Help maintain and update sales materials, contracts, and CRM systems.
  • Work ALL game days and special events as required, assisting with premium seating areas, catering and ticket sales
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn within a fast-paced sports environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, long hours, and holidays as required during the season.
