Position Overview
The Great Falls Voyagers are seeking a Community Relations & Promotions Coordinator to play a key role in delivering engaging in-game entertainment, impactful community outreach initiatives, and dynamic promotional efforts throughout the baseball season. This position works closely with the Assistant General Manager, Chief Creative Officer, Team President, and the Sales and Operations teams to create memorable fan experiences while strengthening the Voyagers’ presence in the Great Falls community.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role ideal for individuals interested in sports, promotions, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the Assistant General Manager, Chief Creative Officer, Team President, and sales and operations departments to support promotional and community initiatives
- Assisting with setup and execution of in-game promotions and between-innings entertainment at all home games
- Managing the promotions table during home games
- Overseeing the Voyagers’ fundraising program, including ticket fundraising initiatives and coordination of volunteers for the Nonprofit of the Night
- Working with the Assistant General Manager to develop nightly PA scripts and game-day run-of-show scripts
- Scheduling National Anthem performers and coordinating ceremonial first pitches
- Planning, overseeing, and executing community relations events and appearances
- Assisting with social media and other marketing campaigns, including both design and implementation
- Supporting sponsorship fulfillment to ensure all partner obligations and promotional elements are executed
- Assisting with other events at Voyagers Stadium as needed
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 monthly stipend
- Housing provided
- One meal provided post-game or post-event
Employment Conditions
This is a seasonal, temporary position. Evening, weekend, holiday, and extended hours are required during the baseball season.

- End date: September 2026 (exact end date dependent on playoffs)
