The Role: 
The Glacier Range Riders are a professional baseball team based in Kalispell, Montana. The team is part of the MLB Partner League system of the Pioneer Baseball League. The Range Riders and our home stadium, Glacier Bank Park, are dedicated to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences, fostering community engagement, and inspiring a lifelong love for baseball. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dedicated Home Clubhouse Manager to join our dynamic team for the summer of 2026. 
 
We are looking for people who relate to others, can put a smile on someone’s face and are able to interact at all levels of our organization. Successful candidates will be team-minded and care about going the extra mile. These team members should be outgoing, entertaining storytellers who are comfortable in front of fans in an interactive environment. 
 
The role of being a Home Clubhouse Manager is integral to baseball operations. This position requires someone who can work long hours and maintain a positive, upbeat demeanor. 

Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To 
  • Keep Clubhouse clean and organized
  • Prepare all laundry including but not limited to BP uniforms, game jerseys/pants, towels, personal laundry, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of clubhouse supplies including but not limited to snacks, drinks, toiletries
  • Set up coolers on fields for BP and cages
  • Assisting in loading and unloading buses for road trips
  • Uniform inventory: jerseys, pants, hoodies, shirts, warm-ups, hats, socks, belts, etc.
  • Equipment inventory: bats, balls, helmets, catchers’ equipment, pine tar, rosin, bat weights, laundry loops, travel & on-field bags, etc.
  • Ensure the bathrooms, sinks, showers are cleaned daily
  • On-field preparation for pre/in/post-game. Includes setting up and replenishing coolers with ice water, cups, bench towels, batting practice equipment, etc.
  • Coordinate the arrival of the umpires
  • Manage laundry/requests from the umpires
  • Coordinate visiting teams’ arrival, especially if they are coming in with dirty laundry that will need to be laundered
  • Manage laundry chemicals and be proactive when re-stocking becomes necessary
  • Making sure extra equipment bag is stocked properly for all road trips
  • Respect and integrity will be heavily emphasized while managing the Clubhouse
  • Must collect all team-issued uniforms and equipment from any player leaving the team
  • If a player leaves during a road trip, the Clubhouse Manager is responsible for packing and shipping player’s locker belongings to their new team along with any possessions their host family brings to the ballpark
 
Required Experience and Skills: 
  • Be available full time from April 2026 through September 2026
  • Be punctual, able to follow directions, and team-minded
  • Be comfortable engaging with guests of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Be comfortable multi-tasking and resolving issues
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality 

Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays 
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to sit or stand for an extended period of time  
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25-35lbs on occasion
