The Glacier Range Riders are looking to hire a full-time Graphic Designer. In this role, you will support a professional baseball team and a state-of-the-art stadium facility in the promotion of games, events, and amenities through high-quality branding of digital and physical products.
This is a true one-person creative department on a lean staff: you must be able to take any project from concept to delivery with minimal oversight, write sharp on-brand copy, and expertly handle both digital and print/large-format production.
This is a full-time position with game-day responsibilities; attendance at all 48 home games between May and September is required.
This is not a remote position. The location of this position is at 25 McDermott Lane, Kalispell, Montana. Some travel may be required.

Primary responsibilities for this role will include:
- Branding: Enforce consistent brand standards (logo, typography, color, voice, quality) across all graphics, signage, templates, and visual materials for the team and venue.
- Creative Services: Design and deliver print/digital advertising, event assets, stadium signage, wayfinding, digital display content, email/SMS graphics, menus, promotions, and branded templates while maintaining all stationery and brand guidelines.
- Digital Platforms: Keep team/venue websites, ticketing, and merchandise platforms current with fresh promotions, events, graphics, maps, seating charts, photos, and video.
- Social Media: Co-manage the content calendar; plan, create, and schedule/publish posts, videos, and campaigns. Primary owner of all branded visual graphics and templates.
- Sales Support: Create master and customized sales decks, proposals, mockups, and partnership fulfillment assets.
- Stadium Branding: Design and oversee all venue branding elements, including large-format signage, permanent and temporary wayfinding, concourse graphics, videoboard content, concession menus, and digital displays; support audio elements as needed.
- Photography & Videography: Script, shoot, edit, and archive high-quality photos and videos promoting the team, venue, events, partnerships, and amenities.
- Asset Management: Organize, archive, and maintain all creative files for easy access by the entire staff.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external printers, vendors, and production partners to meet deadlines and specifications on projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Ability to edit and produce videos in Premiere. After Effects experience is desirable.
- Strong graphic design skills including branding, typography, styles and layout techniques, and understanding of color usage.
- High attention to details, accuracy, and quality in all areas, from spelling and grammar to dates.
- Ability to customize motion graphics templates to create branded video content.
- Ability to design to vendor specifications; must be able to communicate effectively on color process, print finish, paper weight, cutting, folding instructions, etc. to achieve desired product.
- Strong ability to write original content and edit copy.
- Experience creating engaging content to grow audiences on social media for businesses.
- Experience editing websites such as uploading and switching out photos, changing copy, and creating blog posts.
- Must be organized and able to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines for many projects at a time.
- Experience using project management software (such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Asana) to organize work and collaborate with a team is preferred.
- Great verbal and written communication skills. Must facilitate collaboration and incorporate feedback from many stakeholders while ensuring final project aligns with organizational goals.
- Passion and interest in sports and hospitality; stays current on creative trends in sports, music, entertainment, and lifestyle.
