The Glacier Range Riders, entering their fifth season of Pioneer Baseball League action, are seeking a dynamic and engaging In-Stadium Host to elevate the game-day experience at Glacier Bank Park. As the voice and personality of in-game entertainment, the In-Stadium Host will connect with fans, execute promotions, and contribute to the family-friendly atmosphere that makes Range Riders games a premier summer event in the Flathead Valley.
This is an in-person position located in Kalispell, Montana. Night and weekend availability is required. Please provide a link to your reel or any recorded demonstration of on-camera or hosting experience. You will be asked to perform scripts as part of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-field and in-stands emcee for all 54 home games (plus post season, if applicable), keeping fans informed and entertained throughout the game.
- Plan, coordinate and execute in-game promotions, contests, and fan engagement activities, ensuring they run smoothly and on schedule.
- Collaborate with the game-day production team to synchronize timing, audio cues, and promotional content.
- Conduct live, engaging and prerecorded interviews with fans, players, coaches, and special guests to highlight the Glacier Range Riders community.
- Assist game presentation staff in selecting contestants for upcoming promotions.
- Maintain a professional and high-energy presence, representing the Glacier Range Riders both on and off the field.
- Assist with other team events and community appearances, as needed, promoting the team and upcoming games as well as other Glacier Bank Park events.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion and interest in sports and hospitality; stays current on creative trends in sports, music, entertainment, and lifestyle to bring new ideas to the production team.
- Outstanding public speaking skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
- Prior experience as a host, emcee, or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baseball and an ability to follow the flow of the game.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to adapt to unforeseen changes or challenges during live events.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for entertaining others.

- Compensation: Hourly salary with housing provided, if needed
- Schedule: Must be available for all home games (54 games). On home game days the work hours are 12 pm until after the post-game breakdown. On non-game days, the hours will be from 8 am to 5 pm in the office, Monday through Friday.
- Contract Length: Approximately May through early September 2026.
