The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for producing seat membership and hospitality sales revenues in as assigned. In addition to managing certain sales categories as assigned, he or she or they may act as a lead for certain category responsibilities within the department. 
 
 Essential Job Functions:
  •  Meet all sales goals assigned. 
  • Set appointments with decision-makers, consistently meeting the weekly goals for sales appointments. 
  • Master all sales presentations (taught in sales training), and deliver it in front of company decision-makers, tailoring packages according to each company's needs.
  • Handle objections in an effort to bring in new business. 
  • Manages any customer concerns, expectations, and issues as they come up.
  • Visit with accounts and maintain and develop relationship with clients throughout the season and off-season to ensure personalized, continual contact.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of consumer and business to business based promotions.
  • Maintain database and add new database leads.
  • Prospect for quality leads.
  • Contribute to sales of luxury areas.
  • Provide reporting and communication of various sales metrics.
  • Responsible for providing both a unique and exciting experience to patrons of our programs.
 
Physical Demands & Working Environment:
●      Required to work long hours standing and walking around during season and events.
●      Sitting, standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, or crouching are all part of this position.
●      Must be able to handle weather related elements such as rain and heat.

Experience 
  • Candidate must have at minimum of four to five years of ticket sales experience.
  • Experience with group sales packages, and ticket sales required.
