POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will report to the Director of Partnership Marketing and work in tandem with the Partnership Sales and Marketing team on relationship development, relationship management and execution of partnership marketing campaigns. This position will be assigned a select portfolio of larger, high-profile partnership accounts. The Manager will be responsible for the strategic management and fulfillment of associated assets, ensuring exceptional service and delivery for key partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage fulfillment for some of the department’s largest and most complex accounts, both on game days and non-game days, including, but not limited to onsite activations, hospitality, media (television, radio, digital and print), signage, gate giveaways, gameday/season-long promotions and community programs 
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to junior Partnership Marketing staff, supporting their professional growth and development
  • Work closely with internal groups to develop and implement successful promotions and programs with measurable components where possible 
  • Creatively develop and organize presentations and renderings for department’s existing partners and prospects on an on-going basis 
  • Work with other internal departments including legal, operations, accounting / finance and IT to organize and coordinate relevant departmental deliverables in a timely fashion
  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with Phillies and Major League Baseball staff, fans, clients and vendors 
  • Track partner assets to produce summary files (post-event and season recaps using existing digital program) 
  • Assist with assigned partner renewals and with expanding existing partnerships to generate incremental revenue for the department 
  • Partner with Director to creatively develop, organize and execute annual hospitality and gifting plan for department's existing partners and prospects. Includes high six-figure budget across several events each calendar year 
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing dynamic brand marketing campaigns 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
  • Ability to create proposals focused on multi-platform solutions 
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve departmental goals 
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
