Senior Director of Events

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Director of Events to oversee regional operations and serve as a key liaison between regional and national offices. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the consistent execution of organizational strategies, fostering relationships, and maintaining high operational standards across all regional events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between regional and national offices, ensuring alignment of goals, communication, and best practices.
- Provide strategic oversight of all regional events, including planning, coordination, evaluation, and reconciliation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional programs, coaches, colleges, and staff to support growth and collaboration.
- Execute and monitor regional strategies that align with national objectives and organizational vision.
- Develop, manage, and uphold regional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency across all operations.
- Support the recruitment, training, and management of regional event staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in event operations, sports management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a national team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in digital communication and project management tools.
- Some travel required for regional and national events.
