Position Overview
The Reporting and Analytics Coordinator will support Baseball and Event Operations through data management, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting. This role serves as a bridge between the operations, sales, and finance teams—ensuring accurate reporting, event reconciliation, and insight-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across multiple departments within a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems that track baseball operations metrics, event performance, and departmental goals.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales, attendance, and revenue reports to support business and operational decisions.
  • Facilitate coordination between baseball operations, sales, and partnership teams to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives.
  • Support financial processes, including expense tracking, event reconciliation, and profit/loss reporting.
  • Provide post-event reporting and insights to evaluate success, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage multiple reporting deadlines and ensure data accuracy and timeliness across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improved reporting accuracy.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or event operations (experience in sports or live events a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting automation).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional demeanor.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
