National Event Director

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Event Director to lead the planning, execution, and growth of national-level events. This position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and relationship management skills, as well as a deep understanding of baseball operations. The National Event Director will oversee event ownership, sales initiatives, and collaboration with regional infrastructures to ensure the highest quality experience across all events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full ownership and execution of all national events, from planning through post-event evaluation.
- Lead sales initiatives and manage relationships with key partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to support event growth and success.
- Provide strategic support to regional infrastructures, ensuring alignment between regional and national goals.
- Direct and manage special events, including championships, showcases, and other high-profile programs.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure consistency in branding, quality, and operational standards.
- Analyze event performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and attendee experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in baseball operations, event management, or a closely related field.
- Proven success in managing large-scale sports events or similar complex programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with regional and national teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Some travel required for event execution and site visits.
