Administrative Coordinator
* In-Office, Part-Time Position*
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support regional event operations through accurate data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation. This part-time position plays a key role in maintaining organized records and ensuring the smooth flow of information between regional and national teams/events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track regional event planning numbers and maintain up-to-date records of scheduled activities.
- Compile and report actual event numbers following completion of regional events.
- Perform event reconciliation, ensuring all financial and logistical details are accurate and accounted for.
- Produce and distribute monthly regional reports summarizing key performance data.
- Support the national and regional teams with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Part-time Position; prior administrative or data management experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- No travel required.
