Graphic Designer

The Tacoma Rainiers are looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in motion graphics, someone who thrives in collaboration, and is ready to help shape the visual voice of our brand.

You’re an artist at heart with a designer’s eye. You love bringing ideas to life through motion, illustration, and design, and you’re always chasing the next creative challenge. You’re an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite and take pride in the details that make your work stand out. You’re a hard worker who believes that great design elevates every experience, especially when that experience happens under the lights at Cheney Stadium.
What You’ll Do
- Develop motion graphics and animated content for videoboards, social media, and advertising.
- Support game-day presentation and creative needs throughout the season
- Concept, design, and illustrate creative assets for digital, print, merchandise, and in-park use.
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, theme nights, and promotional materials.
- Work in tandem with the marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.
- Maintain and evolve the Rainiers brand through consistent, high-quality visual design.
What You Bring
- Experience creating motion graphics and short-form animation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- A team-first mentality with the drive to put in the work to make every project shine.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and game days as part of the fun of baseball season.
