At Cheney Stadium we strive to create innovative entertainment, develop customer service initiatives, and hire amazing front office staff to unfold premium service to our guests.

If so, we want you on board. You will report to the Director of Event Operations & Experience, and you will work closely with:
·        Accounting 
·        Stadium Operations
 
Some of you still may think the job requirements are too vague but if you already have the required attributes, you probably have the following:
·        1-3 years’ experience in administrative, accounting, and/or customer service industries.
·        Ability to create and execute systems 
·        Excellent time management skills
·        Data Entry Experience, Accounts Payable preferred
·        Ability to manage and execute numerous tasks
·        Customer service attitude
·        Articulate
·        Ability to speak and interact confidently with high profile guests in person and via phone
·        Strong writing skills
·        Organized
·        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs of Word and Excel

Big Picture: You will be the backbone & front face for our front office and execute with perfection and customer service at the forefront. How? You will be equipped with the best experience training in sports and will create and execute administrative systems to make us successful. Not only will these skills be put to the test each day at the stadium but when working with our clients to provide the best experience in the country. 
 
Detailed Description:
·        Responsible for following R Common Purpose and Company Values
·        Responsible for fielding fan and client questions via phone and written communication
·        Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe front office environment 
·        Responsible for entering invoices with accuracy, managing outgoing payments to vendors by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
·        This role provides administrative and clerical support to the finance team and helps maintain good vendor relationships
·        Assist in misc. operations needs as assigned by supervisor.
 
Hours of Work: This position will be available for work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
Compensation Package:
·        Full time salary position, up to $50K based on experience
·        Non-Exempt
·        Health insurance
·        401K Plan
·        Paid vacation days
