Director of Game Entertainment
This is not a sports job. Well, technically it is. But if you're applying because you want to "work in sports," this probably isn't the role for you. We're looking for someone who believes that a baseball game can be more than baseball. Someone who watches Saturday Night Live and wonders what it would be like to be in the writers’ room. Someone who sees a mascot, a camera operator, a giveaway item, and 6,500 fans and immediately starts dreaming up ways to turn it into a memorable moment.

As our Director of Game Entertainment, your job isn't to fill innings. It's to create experiences. You'll write skits. Dream up promotions. Build traditions. Create videos. Direct talent. Produce live entertainment. Test ideas. Kill bad ideas. Chase great ideas. And then do it all again the next day.

Some days you'll be writing a joke at 10:00 p.m. because inspiration struck. Some days you'll be sprinting across the ballpark because a promotion isn't working and you need to fix it in real time. Some days you'll leave convinced you've just created a tradition that fans will remember for years.

This job requires creativity, adaptability, resilience, and an unhealthy obsession with making things better.

The right person doesn't need to be told to think outside the box because they're not even aware there was a box to begin with.

If you're looking for a predictable 9-to-5, this isn't it.

If you're looking for a stepping stone into the sports industry, this probably isn't it either.

But if your dream job is creating unforgettable moments, making thousands of people smile, and turning a ballpark into the most entertaining place in town, we'd love to meet you.
